great stay but breakfast timing needs attention

The staff I encountered were pleasant. I was impressed by their helpfulness, which enhanced my experience overall.

I found breakfast winding down earlier than expected.

The room we had included tea and coffee, and an iron. Greatly enjoyed the huge bathroom. The hotel's position was favourable, next to a quiet area with the nice view of the river, restaurant, receptionists, head cleaner and the main tourist attractions.

The location for Waterford was good, not far from a quiet peaceful area, the city centre, and all the shops and restaurants. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, tea and coffee, and an iron.

Comfortable lounge area made my stay enjoyable while the room was outdated.

It was airy, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Its stunning, very central location was a plus.

Enjoyed spending my time in this perfectly clean marina hotel. This venue was set in a central area very close to a quiet area with the nice view of the river and greenery, restaurants, and the centre of Waterford. Besides, there was Waterford Treasures Medieval Museum within only 5 minutes' walk.

Simplticity and the price. Lovely staff. And the parking facilities excellant.

The staff was very informative and friendly. They knew their city and the surrounding area. The view of the river was nice and we got to watch several water birds. It was inexpensive but didn't feel like it.

Keep it simple, this hotel although not a "posh" place was superb staff where friendly and helpful and rooms where spacious and clean plus the showers where brilliant, will definately go back!!

A clean and comfortable hotel, great value for the money paid. Restaurant food was great quality and also value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a short walk (10 mins) along the riverbank to the city quay. Good location for a visit to the Waterford Crystal factory showroom and city shopping, pubs, restaurants etc. I would recommend the Waterford Marina Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable value break in the city.

The atmosphere in the hotel was lovely and the food was beautiful very friendly place to stay and I would highly recommend it to others

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms had an awesome view of the river and breakfast had a ton of delicious options. I loved the entertainment at the bar, especially the sing-along.
